PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: The project will foster skill development amongst leaders who wish to make a difference in social purpose initiatives. It will also provide health and well-being education to older adults, caregivers and health professionals. The project materials will be designed to facilitate learner focused outcomes in virtual, mixed and in-person settings. The project provides intrapreneurship program participants with opportunities to learn and network at a professional level. KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET: Project Management to ensure assigned project tasks flow smoothly. Develop marketing plan and implement approved marketing strategies Development and drafting of education materials including creation of handouts, slide decks and visual collateral. Communications including content development, drafting, editing and development of branding. Research and analysis of user needs, methods, and technological solutions Customer Service - providing assistance to attendees who may encounter challenges with minor technological challenges and webcast support. IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:* Work with the project lead to develop program, curriculum and event materials using a variety of media Implement an outreach plan (including media and social media) Conduct market research Develop sales strategy Refine materials and service delivery based on evaluation findings Work effectively as part of a team FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET: Curriculum and support materials, including facilitation guide Marketing, outreach and sales plan.
