The main goal for the project is to enhance the user experience of the Flento app by reorganizing the existing Figma file for improved efficiency and creating comprehensive user flows and information architecture diagrams to enhance clarity. The project also aims to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify and address any gaps in the current product.

The main goal for the project is to manage the social media channel (Tik-Tok) for Acrostrong (Flento app), creating content, scheduling reels and posts, and managing engagement to acquire over 1000 users, gain social media following, and create brand awareness by the end of Q1.

Marketing/Sales Animated Demo for Flento App

The main goal for the project is to create a marketing/sales animated demo for the Flento app that effectively showcases "How to use" and "How to onboard" for potential users. This will involve creating an engaging and informative video that highlights the key features and benefits of the app, as well as the onboarding process for new users.

Improve UI/UX Designs for Flento App

The goal of this project is to improve the UI/UX designs for the Flento app, a fitness business management tool. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Analyzing the existing UI/UX designs of the app.- Developing new UI/UX designs that are more user-friendly and efficient.- Optimizing the app's design for various devices.- Researching other design elements that can improve the user experience.- Testing the new designs and making improvements based on user feedback.

Create and Implement a Marketing Strategy for Acrostrong's Flento App

The main goal of this project is to create and start implementing a marketing strategy for Acrostrong's Flento app. This will involve managing marketing channels, managing social media, and managing product specialists for marketing efforts. The goal is to acquire over 300 users by the end of Q4.

Create a Social Media Campaign Strategy and Execution Schedule for Flento App

The main goal of this project is to create a social media campaign strategy and execution schedule for the Flento app. This will involve several different steps, including:- Researching the target audience and their needs.- Developing a comprehensive social media campaign strategy.- Creating a detailed execution schedule for the campaign.- Identifying the best social media platforms for the campaign.- Creating content for the campaign.-User conversion to the aoo download and onboarding- Tracking and evaluating the success of the campaign.
