AT&T – Human Resources – Employee Retention

Students will be challenged to: 1-Review hiring & recruiting strategies and suggest new and innovative techniques to attract high school graduates, college graduates and adult learners to the AT&T sales and distribution team; 2-Suggest a list of onboarding practices to make new employees feel welcome and included; and 3-Review current employee benefits to determine if they are aligned with priorities and desires of new employees and recommend changes if needed to improve recruitment and retention and ensure that AT&T is an employer of choice.  Students will need to demonstrate the ability to do research, prepare questions, listen, collaborate, critical thinking, creativity and problem solving.
