Talent Acquisition

By using various means of recruitment measures we are looking to hire anywhere from 10-15 employees for our call center. The opportunity for financial growth in the work from home industry is huge right now, due to the current shift of traditional workspaces to work from home workspaces. We are partnering with top 100 brands for guaranteed non lead calls. Although we have 10-12 employees currently hired, we are not meeting the numbers that we need for the company. The challenge we have faced with this is many of the companies that we partner with the employee has to pay for training before the actual job begins. We are looking for 1099 Agents, this has been difficult because 1099 agents tend to have multiple contracts and shift their focus to the job that requires a fast financial start time.
