This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Collaborating with the industry partner and Co-op Consultant to understand the specific needs and goals of Kannavis iTrade.- Researching and analyzing current concepts, systems, and technologies relevant to the cannabis and hemp biomass industry.- Developing and presenting accurate business correspondence and reports to support Kannavis iTrade's business initiatives.- Organizing and overseeing projects and budgets to support business decision making.- Supervising and training others within the organization.

The main goal for the project is to develop a business that would be able to take its real world experience and develop business plans geared towards government contracts which focus on sustainable agricultural products supporting the cannabis industry. This will involve evaluating the feasibility of the business plans and determining where the company will turn a profit, break even, and be able to pay back loans. The main goal for the project is to provide executive and research assistance to the company, Artis Cannabis Ltd. This includes legal work, sourcing and talking to suppliers, chatting with workers, quality assurance work, phone work, data management, and inputting. The assistant should be a quick learner, very organized, flexible with working hours, and interested in being hired permanently by the company.
