It was a great experience working with iSAW, and they were very easy to communicate with -- they provided very timely and useful feedback along each milestone. Overall, it was a great experience.

This project was interesting to work on and helped me to further understand the obstacles women face in every field.

Very responsive and clear with expectations

Completing my project with iSAW was beneficial for my education and future. Working under the direction of the iSAW team was easy, as they were supportive, offered feedback, and communicated in a timely and professional manner with clear instructions and resources to assist me along the way.

iSAW is working for a great cause and I am glad to have been a part of accelerating the closing of the gender gap. My point of contact, Julie, was quick to respond to inquires and provided as much information on the project as she could. There was some ambiguity about the process of submitting our deliverables which caused a little anxiety for me, but otherwise things went smoothly and I felt confident in the material I submitted.

The iSAW organization is a wonderful organization with an important mission that works with my CHM 101 students and recognizes their contributions. They have been open to modifications and updates to the project as well.

It was great working with iSAW. I truly believe in their mission and the work that they are doing. I feel honored to work on my Ripen project and be a part of their journey to help women.

I had a great experience while working on the gender diversity project with the employers. I could learn more about resilience and gain more soft skills to cope with hardship and stress while promoting gender diversity in the workplace.

The internship went above and beyond what I expected! It was fascinating to conduct research on the project's assigned topic. With this project, I had a number of firsts, including my first online internship and the creation of an infographic. I felt very engaged and like I was changing things because of the course, which was very satisfying.

I truly enjoyed working with Julie at iSAW on my Riipen project. She is very thorough and responsive. This project was engaging and eye-opening to the issues at hand. I learned a lot from my work with iSAW and will utilize this knowledge to do everything within my power to achieve gender equality.

My gender equality project help me educate myself even more about gender equality in the workplace. It also helped me feel more motivated to speak up for myself and colleagues.

After meeting with Julie Cheam, the University Alliances Director of International Strategic Accelerator for Woman, I found it impressive she was well versed in advancing women’s equality in the workplace. More importantly she provided clear expectations for the project and responded timely to my questions. When I asked how she joined iSAW, I immediately admired how her positivity and passion to help others was explained, which encouraged me to start researching and finding my own connections to promote women in the workplace. Overall, I appreciated her welcomeness and direct feedback throughout the project. I found new leadership strategies and it was a pleasure working with iSAW to help accelerate the progress of uplifting women in the workplace.

Thank you for the opportunity to be part of the gender equality movement. Working with Julie Cheam from iSAW International was straightforward and efficient. She was available and responsive. Being provided with the GRID spreadsheet and examples of the finished articles made the process understandable. I was able to successfully complete the project independently and within the stated deadline. I will use what I have learned from this project to use my voice and continue the fight. Woman have been key factors in the global innovation. As history shows woman have been providing the same quality of work as men. Research also has shown that women in the business world has proven to be highly lucrative for companies. Most women can bring skills that can enlighten the workplace culture. Furthermore, women have a different way of presenting leadership skills with compassion, respect, and ethics are some. Sources, research, and tables from Zenger Folkman show that women have healthier leadership competencies within the workplace. As women have become more self-confident, creative, positive, self-starter, caring, and unafraid to stand up for what one believes in makes for a healthier work environment for all employees. I believe iSaw has the tools and knowledge to help women globally aspire to change how women are viewed in the workforce.

Liked the project overall!

I was so excited to have the opportunity to work with iSAW. Julie Cheam and Rutendo Changara were so helpful in answering questions and providing feedback. I learned so much about Gender Equality on a global perspective. This was my first experience working on a Riipen project and it was very positive.

This was a very engaging and informative project, I enjoyed working on it!

I believe this project was beneficial, as I learned a topic that I was interested in, however there was not a lot of help from my instructor on understanding due dates. Some parts got confusing, and certain projects I had trouble understanding, but overall the topic is exciting and the coursework was simple once I understood the prompts.

The company did everything they're supposed to do well. I felt like I was just a robot zombie doing the work for somebody else's agenda where I have to agree with it as well as feed them what they want to hear, all so that I can earn an A in a class this project had nothing to do with (CHM 101). I am in chemistry to learn chemistry,

The project was so fun! It provided me with various opportunities to learn about women in STEM.

Very passionate organization working for a great cause. It was a pleasure help contribute to making Women in STEM more known and recognized.

There was little to no communication between administrators and students. The projects expectations and guidelines were outlined vaguely which caused much confusion for first time students. The text help team was fantastic and provided much needed information and problem solving when required. I like what iSAW is working toward but the lack of communication made the experience impersonable and it felt like I was stumbling in the dark from start to finish.

This is a good cause and super helpful to women everywhere!
