This will involve several different steps for the team, including: - Collaborating with the special care home in Warman, Saskatchewan to introduce the new electronic data collection form. - Supporting approximately 100 participants in completing the assessment using the new form. - Collecting feedback from participants and healthcare professionals on the usability and effectiveness of the new form. - Analyzing the data collected through the new form to assess its feasibility and potential for implementation in other care home settings.
