Story Teller Designer & Writer

Our team is looking for a story telling enthusiast who can help us drive more traffic and quality leads on Facebook, Instagram and Linked In. On these social channels we are talking to potential customers, or potential clients, or potential team members. They want to know that we know where they are sitting right now and why they need our organization. We want to make them feel connected to us and trust us as the go to provider for window coverings. The way to do this is through value story telling: to illustrate the value that our products bring to their lives and what they mean to them. How we will leave them better than they came to us. The primary project requirements include: Research & understanding of what it means to create a "Hook", Who the "Characters" are, and helping share those small stories that can happen on any given day. Inspiring these potential customers to remain hooked to our story and brand. A strategy document to outline: Goals: Outline for the year broken down by month, to each week in the theme of the stories. Then to A good Story Tellers Result: Engagement on Instagram through comments other than just Budget Blinds Franchisees. Hashtags that will continue to grow our following for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization appears on the first page of Instagram for relevant keywords. Goal to increase following by 1K in a year. Content Calendar Execution: Compilation & Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site Creating engaging content for prominent media websites Working with the owner document stories, find inspirational quotes, find other meaningful businesses by using their inspiration that can help build ideas on the story to help lift the burden of our customers. Additional tools and programs such as our document management system along with our personal photos. Photo editing software may be required We’re excited to work with students who can help us not only brainstorm, but also execute a strategy to achieve: Being the top-ranked result for the keywords 'draperies, shades, blinds, window coverings, home refresh' This is a great project for students to prove their digital marketing expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated.
