The main goal for the project is to assess the impact of the new offering of prefab construction on the marketplace, including competition, opportunities, internal risk, compliance, and business process implications. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Conducting market research to analyze the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for FastFab.homes.- Assessing internal risks and compliance implications of introducing the new offering.- Developing marketing, sales, and customer experience plans for the new prefab construction offering.

The main goal for the project is to conduct a feasibility assessment for pre-fab techniques to achieve the goals of Impact Canada's Level Up Challenge. The main goal for the project is to explore GIS OpenData from City of Toronto and apply visualization techniques to propose ideas related to pre-fab housing and affordable housing for FastFab.homes. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Analyzing GIS OpenData from City of Toronto to understand the current landscape of housing and related infrastructure.- Researching and understanding the current trends and challenges in the pre-fab housing and affordable housing industry.- Applying visualization techniques to present data in a meaningful way that can propose ideas for pre-fab housing and affordable housing.
