Branding + Marketing Strategist

The ReFrame Team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who wants to help set the tone for and craft a social media presence for the new ReFrame Commercial Insurance Advisory. The role entails actively managing various social media accounts, setting the tone for this new division of the business, and all things needed to create and execute on a next-level social media strategy. You can find some examples of things we've done in the past (in other divisions of the business) in the resources tab.

FinTech Referral Tracking Project

Number of positions available: 5 (individually or in a team)The ReFrame Team is looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual(s) who wants to help create an in-house referral tracking software between the different channels of our company. As members of our team refer business to other channels, we want them to be able to log in and see a live feed to track certain ongoing metrics around referrals they have made to other channels of the business. Phase 2 would allow for individuals outside of the company who make referrals, to have their own log-in and commission tracking system. At The ReFrame Group, we embrace technology and love working with creative individuals who do the sameGetting started:To kick the project off, we will discuss the different metrics that we would like tracked, and then let the student(s) get creative as to how do that. We currently use Microsoft applications, and have looked at Power BI as an option.This project will include:Creating a visual analytics board to track referrals and referral metricsAllowing for ReFrame employees to log in and track their referrals and expected income from referralsVirtual meeting check ins with ReFrame member to collaborate and track progressQualifications & Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel and possibly Power BIAttention to detail & willingness to learnConfidence to provide recommendations to ReFrame team members
