The package will align with Resilient Hearts' mission and values, streamline recruitment, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. The student will gain hands-on experience in HR practices, aligning policies to small business needs while enhancing the new hire experience.

Development of a Self-Advocacy Curriculum for Young Adults with Developmental Disabilities

This project involves creating a self-advocacy curriculum for young adults with developmental disabilities, tailored to empower them with skills to express their needs, make decisions, and navigate various aspects of their lives.
