Innovative Full Stack App Development

Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for computer science students or teams to gain real world app Full stack Application Development including: Frontend Development : Our app frontend technology is NativeScript on Angular. This enables our development to be based on one single code base to serve 2 major mobile platforms: iOS and Android. Students are expected to work in a collaborative team environment to come up with Human-Centered design by leveraging best UI/UX principals to provide smooth user experience. Automate testing - Our frontend testing framework is Jasmine and backend testing framework is Mocha. We have a strong CI/CD pipeline to ensure quality of all features are maintained in a very high level consistently. Students are expected to come up with test cases to guard against this high standard in an effective manner using the designated testing frameworks. Cloud Infrastructure - Our infrastructure in based on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Students will work with other Developers and Architect in our organization to keep up a robust CI/CD process by leveraging Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) Application Programming Interfaces - Within GCP, we use Firebase to host our server-less Cloud Functions and serve our API. Students will review and create or update public-facing documentation. If necessary, redesign an existing API to simplify it; changing API technologies; designing a new API. Real-Time Data Visualization - Creating a charting system with basic querying functionality; creating a dashboard to help users visualizing key numbers of their profile. Our goal at the end of this experience is: For the student to understand how to develop end-to-end application and bring concepts to market.
