Website UX/UI Analysis

CONTEXTWe are a luxury brand selling custom/collection diamond engagement rings, wedding bands, anniversary rings and Canadian themed fine jewellery for 29 years. We are intensely focused on our website and have some new updates and photographs we would like to share on it to update our content. We would like students to review this content within the context of optimizing user experiences on our website. In addition, we would like students to perform an audit - from an objective perspective, how user-friendly is our website? SCOPEWe would like insights on how user-friendly our website is. We believe the best way to understand our website’s usability is through studying the User Experience and User Interface. We would like students to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of our website to identify ways to improve the user journey, incentivize our desired outcomes, and increase user satisfaction.
