Our company would like to explore re-designing our current website with a prototype. We are always on the lookout for innovative and fresh UI and UX ideas that will help our users. This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. We are happy to provide a walkthrough and other resources to help bring them up to speed. Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focused might return the best results in a redesign. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available. Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and be mobile friendly Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this

Utility Consumption Dashboard Enhancement

Axis Meter Solutions Corp. aims to enhance its submetering web application by developing new data visualization dashboards specifically designed for landlords and tenants. The current system lacks intuitive visual tools that allow users to easily monitor utility consumption, identify anomalies, and track historical trends. The goal of this project is to create user-friendly dashboards that improve transparency and support energy-saving behavior. By providing actionable insights through intuitive charts, comparisons, and alerts, the project will empower users to make informed decisions regarding electricity, water, and gas usage across multi-residential and commercial properties. Zoho CRM System Optimization for Axis Meter Solutions

Axis Meter Solutions Corp. is looking to enhance its customer relationship management by optimizing its existing Zoho CRM system and related Zoho products. The goal of this project is to design and implement a streamlined, scalable CRM system that aligns with the company's business needs. This involves understanding the current setup, identifying areas for improvement, and configuring Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Desk to work seamlessly with Zoho CRM. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of CRM systems and business process optimization. Learners will work closely with the company's founder to ensure the system meets real-world business requirements and supports future growth.
