Internal HR Opportunity to Support What Works Consultants
What Works Consultants is a management consulting firm that helps service focused companies in the hospitality, healthcare, software, and professional services industries with continuous improvement and performance enablement initiatives. The firm has been in business since 2009 and in full-time operation since 2016.We would like students to contribute to our internal human resources plan. This involves contributing to our organizational charts, create a knowledgebase with Kajabi and Notion systems, SOP development, training program development, set us up to hire our first employee. Setting up to hire our first employee will allow students to collaborate to overhaul our hiring process and develop a system for effectively building our workforce.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Contributing to our org charts Create a knowledgebase with Kajabi and Notion systemsHelp us with developing an effective training programFamiliarizing themselves with recruitment best practices and our values.Evaluating our current recruitment and selection procedures.Developing and recommending hiring systems and processes, based on best practices and our organizational needs.
