Challenge Outline: How can we market our unique proposition to attract new clients? Together Global has created a new category with our CAT (Cultural Alignment Transformation) programme, that we've spent many years developing. We are in the process of delivering a CAT pilot to a global drinks brand, and based on a successful outcome we will scale up with this organisation and a number of banks. We'd like help with a marketing strategy that explains the proposition. Key aims/objectives: 1. Who are Together Global's nearest competitors? What makes them similar or different to us? 2. What marketing collateral can we use to describe our unique service? 3. How can we leverage our Secret Tech Blogger to drive engagement and sales? 4. What marketing tools can we use for our new branch in India (Together Global Business Services India Pvt Ltd) - how will it be different from / complement the UK business?
