Data Entry Associate

Job Responsibilities: Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry. Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases . Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Proactively verifying data through source documents. Monitoring and updating existing data when required. Retrieving data for team members upon request. Performing data searches. Complying with security backups and regular checkups to ensure the safety of the data being stored. Skills: Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Accurate typing and data entry skills. Communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of basic computer programs.

Data Collection Research Support

The project may include, but is not limited to: Overseeing complex data collection, manipulation, and data storage. Planning and performing the outlines and looking after data retrieval (eg, data scraping) and analysis (eg, big data analysis) using existing tools and methods. Responsible for complex tasks in relation to data retrieval and analysis. Working with senior level in the design and execution of empirical tests. Supports the project/study by surveying literature and using existing tools to generate data. Conducting literature reviews and contributing to the development of research projects. Writing reports and assisting with writing grant applications in terms of conceptualization and articulation. Skills: Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail.
