The Colonel Renee Rubin Private Foundation (CRRPF) was created to follow in the Colonel’s passion in perpetuity. Colonel Rubin is a humble and inspirational woman who served honorably in the Air Force for more than thirty years. Our organization comes from small beginnings, but with great hope for creating an ever-lasting mechanism for helping those who served our country with dignity.
