We are looking to more effectively engage and communicate with new customers, as well as grow our business and our brand by improving our platform and services to drive high conversion and customer retention. Some questions that could be answered to help us do this include: How do new customers discover us? What messaging works most effectively when reaching out to new customers? Does our digital marketing strategy communicate our brand effectively? What can be improved in our outreach and marketing process to attract the types of businesses and shoppers we’re looking for? The particular challenge we are facing is improving user experience on our platform for both end users and businesses. Some questions that could be answered in helping us face this challenge include: How can we improve the navigation of our platform? How can we increase our retention rate? How can we better guide end users to make purchases on FreshFind? How can we improve the overall flow of the website on mobile devices? How can we improve the onboarding process for businesses to begin selling on FreshFind? What can be improved in our support processes to retain businesses and ensure their success? What can be improved in our landing pages to retain users and increase purchases through the platform? What can be improved in our outreach and marketing process to attract the types of business we’re looking for? We are in need of an Integrated Marketing Promotional plan. We are planning to launch more widely across Canada and need assistance with creation of promotional materials in different media (scripts, print ads, press releases) partnerships and sponsorships promotion of our platform to new markets and more widely in existing markets marketing across different channels (digital, physical, social, etc)
