We work with entrepreneurs and small businesses to help get their unique, high quality products more known by consumers. Our vision is to make fresh, unique and wholesome local products more available and accessible. We are looking to more effectively engage and communicate with new customers, as well as grow our business and our brand by improving our platform and services to drive high conversion and customer retention. Some questions that could be answered to help us do this include: How do new customers discover us? What messaging works most effectively when reaching out to new customers? Does our digital marketing strategy communicate our brand effectively? What can be improved in our outreach and marketing process to attract the types of businesses and shoppers we’re looking for? What multimedia materials can be created for the website to make it easier to understand the brand and our offering? What can be improved in our on-boarding and support processes to retain businesses and ensure their success? What can be improved in our sales funnel to improve conversion and increase purchases through the platform? Our vision is to make fresh, unique and wholesome local products more available and accessible. We would like to work with students in helping us support our businesses to succeed. We would like a deeper understanding of how our competitors appeal to consumers & potential customers in our market – and how our offering(s) sits within the range of consumer appeals in this category. Some ways this can be done include identifying/analyzing the key consumer wants & needs that the offerings in our category meet discovering how our competitors attract and retain customers developing ways that this knowledge can be used to build our business Some tasks that would be of assistance Reviewing consumer-facing communications from our company and our key competitors Identifying how each of our key competitors differentiate the features of their offerings to appeal to consumer needs and how they may satisfy the needs of individual segments within the market Developing recommendations on ways to effectively appeal to consumers and/or gain competitive advantage against your competitors via your understanding of consumer-based insights We are looking for students who can provide: Attention to our real-world challenges Practical solutions to address our challenges Regular connections with our team members to understand and adapt to the effects of implemented solutions

The particular challenge we are facing is improving user experience on our platform for both end users and businesses. Some questions that could be answered in helping us face this challenge include: How can we improve the navigation of our platform? How can we increase our retention rate? How can we better guide end users to make purchases on FreshFind? How can we improve the overall flow of the website on mobile devices? How can we improve the onboarding process for businesses to begin selling on FreshFind? What can be improved in our support processes to retain businesses and ensure their success? What can be improved in our landing pages to retain users and increase purchases through the platform? What can be improved in our outreach and marketing process to attract the types of business we’re looking for? Our vision is to make fresh, unique and wholesome local products more sustainable, available, and accessible. We would like to work with students in helping us support our businesses to succeed. We are in need of an Integrated Marketing Promotional plan. We are planning to launch more widely across Canada and need assistance with creation of promotional materials in different media (scripts, print ads, press releases) partnerships and sponsorships promotion of our platform to new markets and more widely in existing markets marketing across different channels (digital, physical, social, etc)
