Crypto Feasibility Analysis
Synergy 320 LLC is excited to assist in exploring cryptocurrency services and products. An outstanding team will represent this engagement and will be integral to the centric activities necessary for the successful completion of the project. We are looking for expertise in performing a feasibility assessment. This is the first step in securing success with the client's strategy and preparing for the interactions with cryptocurrency products and services. Ideally, we will identify a solution that aligns with the clients Strategic Goals and Objectives, while also providing sufficient data to support an executive decision on a path forward. Based on our conversations, Synergy 320 concluded that a gradual approach is best to reduce risk and exposure while explores and evaluates these market opportunities. Phase 1 ensures alignment for the Synergy 320 Scope of Services with the client and formalizes the Strategic Objectives through key stakeholders' consensus. Phase 2 is performed by collecting the data and collective observations of the market and discovering if the current market reality and its relation to the strategic objectives are measurable, obtainable, and realistic. Phase 3 analyzes the cryptocurrency market verticals with several criteria to determine the gap between strategic goals and the requirements to reach each of the selected solutions. Phase 4 selects the best solution based on the selection criteria developed during the previous phases. Phase 5 is to select a solution, then decide whether to proceed with the project. More details will be disclosed once NDA's are signed. This is a private project that requires the utmost privacy.
Coal Power Plant Market Research
This project seeks to assess the size of the domestic and international markets for a technology that produces clean-burning coal. This proprietary coal-treatment process creates coal char that contains 125% greater BTU than the original coal, along with (sale-able) crude oil as a by-product. Notably, this treatment process produces zero carbon emissions and results in clean burning coal that is emissions-free. Desired project outcome would be a database of domestic and international coal plants that are sorted by the following factors: Location (country/state/city) Owner/entity Contact information Website Portfolio of coal plants owned by the same individual/entity Investors Global heat map showing concentration of coal plants Cost of electricity per kilowatt hour in that area Major crude oil buyer(s) in that area Contact information Website Portfolio of companies owned by the same entity Investors Regulatory agencies that govern that location In addition, we are looking for a list of strategic partner organizations/companies that would be potential partners in distributing this clean coal technology.

World Trade Center Utah: Client Database Development
World Trade Center Utah is part of a 300-chapter global association (World Trade Center Association) whose sole objective is to promote the growth of international trade across its 90+ countries. Its new Global Business Services (GBS) division is in early stages of rapid growth. GBS assists Utahn companies with international expansion. We are its contracted strategic partner that assists with this expansion work. Utahn companies go through a 3-phase process: market research, partnering, and match-making. We currently have 50 Utahn companies in phase one getting ready to enter phase two. This project seeks to formalize/systematize our client database into a single spreadsheet as well as integration into CRM software. This will help us centralize our client data and prepare for phase 3 of sourcing strategic partners for each Utahn company. Project participants will interact with us as the contracted strategic partner as well as executive leaders at World Trade Center Utah in order to gather and centralize all client data. Students may also be involved in interacting with clients to assist with the intake process and gathering required information from each client to complete each of the three phases of our process.
