I had a fantastic time learning everything big and small about bee keeping in an urban environment. The connections I made throughout my time working on this project helped to develop many of my skills. There was lots of time spent one on one with Troy when i needed extra guidance or assistance.

Tory is a great beekeeping mentor. He is very knowledgeable and if there is something he doesn't know, he is happy to research it to find out an answer for us. This project was a dream to work on.

I really enjoyed the experience. What I learned prepared me for a future as a beekeeper and gave me a great foundation to build off.

It was so amazing working with the MacEwan Urban Beekeeping team. Everyone was very knowledgeable and accepting of each other. It was a great environment to learn and grow. I was able to get hands on experiences with bees and understand the all the other components that are apart of caring for them. I was encouraged to take on responsibilities and have input on the project. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and happy that I was able to take on the opportunity.
