Compoda – Immersive Digital Well-being Prototype & Strategy Development

The goal of this project is to design, refine, and showcase a functional prototype of  Compoda  – an immersive digital well-being platform that empowers users through emotional support, creativity, and personalized experiences. Students will contribute to both the  interactive design and development  of core features (e.g. modular “door” system, emotional onboarding, mood-based experiences) and to  strategic positioning  as we prepare for our MVP launch. We are now entering a crucial phase: With an MVP nearly complete, we need additional support to refine our  branding, business model, user acquisition strategy, and marketing roadmap . The project offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of  UX/UI design, digital health, emotional technology, and product strategy  – all in a startup preparing to go to market.
