Accessibility Testing

We would like to collaborate with students to conduct accessibility tests on our website with pre-identified customers.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Conducting background research on disabilities and methods of evaluating accessibility.Reaching out to customers and scheduling interviews.Familiarizing themselves with the test tasks that should be administered.Conducting accessibility tests remotely and following up with customers to thank them for their participation.Analyzing and reporting the metrics / results of the tests.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Recommending website improvements based on findings.

B2C Product Launch to New Market Research

As a B2C company, our primary goal is creating products that are closely aligned to our market segment’s wants and needs, so that we can maximize our sales. We have recently created a new product to increase the breadth of our product line. It will be important to gather information on buying behaviour, experiences, expectations, and perception of both our brand and our largest competitors.Tasks may involve: Creating an unbiased survey with questions regarding consumer experience with our brand, perception of our products/services, and opinions on our competitors.Creating effective conversation questions for customer interviews.Determining the best way to reach customers and how to motivate them to provide feedback on the company (we will distribute the survey accordingly).Analyzing trends within primary data collected through the survey and interviews, and reporting on them.

Data Collection Research Assistant

We would like to collaborate with students to support our interview process by assisting in data collection and verification of results. This will provide us with prepared datasets that are ready for further analysis.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with interview procedures and participating in training activities.Assisting researchers in contacting participants and setting up interviews.Recording, organizing, and storing results according to conventions.Verifying that data is recorded accurately.Cleaning data to ensure consistency and usability.Suggesting new research questions or modifications to improve the interview process.
