The University of Sussex is very grateful to BMAL Consulting for hosting yet another student group as part of our Student Consultancy Programme. They provided an interesting live business challenge for students to tackle part-time over a 4-week period. The majority of students taking part in the programme are from underrepresented backgrounds, often with low confidence, and they provided a supportive space that empowered students to develop transferable skills, including team work, communications and delivering a business-style presentation. Working on this challenge to find a solution for BMAL was a very exciting experience, the Host Eniko was very nice and helpful, the team was very supportive and everyone contributed massively to the final outcome.
