Care Masters is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to enhancing the mental wellness of Black women and families within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). By providing a range of programs and services, we focus on amplifying emotional development, uncovering effective coping strategies, strengthening community bonds, and offering educational opportunities aimed at bolstering mental resilience and stress management among Black women. Our approach is grounded in a mission to offer transformative, inclusive, and culturally responsive mental health support. We are devoted to serving Black women with the utmost respect, integrity, and compassion, employing innovative methods and leveraging community connections to address the invisible scars left by anti-black racism, abuse, violence, and generational trauma.
