David VS. Goliath(s) - Marketing Strategy

We have developed a V1 product that repackages social media sharing into a suite of integrated audience engagement platform services to deliver a mobile customer journey. We have a national partner that will provide broad awareness with end consumers and businesses. We are also experiencing promising early sales engagements. While our future looks promising we are a 100% self-funded business with limited resources. The challenge we face is:1. What are the right criteria to use to prioritize market segments focus?2. How do we position and communicate value given the breadth of our service capabilities?3. What is the right monetization strategy given where we are in the company's lifecycle.4. How do we drive sales and scale the business without a base of customers, evidentiary use cases, or channel partnerships?5. How do we position & defend our value vs. established brands like FB-IG, TikTok, Twitter...While we have strategies and tactics there is no proof that they are the best course of action. We are seeking a team of savvy marketers to help us go-to-market by hacking the digital marketing mix to expedite sales and scale. The result of the teams’ efforts is a very focused set of bootstrapping actions to drive scale. Sufficient scale to secure investor funding on terms that enable our management the autonomy to honor our ideals without compromise.

To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We seek to empower Influencers, Digital Agencies and Universities/nonprofits to use our audience engagement services platform to better services their clients and meet their organizational goals.We would like you to create a simple economical plan to identify and secure a single beachhead reference account in each of these verticals. You will then execute your plan. Success is defined by delivery of the reference account and the plan/ and materials needed to leverage the reference account to expand the established beachhead.The project may include, but is not limited to:Scope the market opportunity to validate/ invalidate market, define target profile criteria based on current service capabilities.Prioritizing decision makers needs/requirements, development of sales support materials, and defining the sales motion.Engaging decision makers, documenting/handling objections, and securing a reference account.Converting the reference account in to a sales asset though development of a use case study.Vote Frenzy is a pay-for-performance service that requires no capital investment. The priority goal of this project is develop real world early adopter use cases that empower the company to convincingly demonstrate in a defensible manner the delivery of value to the targeted industry. Final deliverables will be public facing. Vote Frenzy will invest in cost recovery/reasonable loss manner to secure that real world evidence.SUCCESS:Delivery of 1-2 reference case studies that make clear the quantitative and qualitative value delivered to the end client. Prospective future employment if able to deliver measurable value. Deal breakers:This role requires accompanied/ unaccompanied front line engagement with prospective customers. While we have an informal and expressive culture, as a representative spokesperson of the brand all team members are expected to present and conduct themselves in a professional manner. No suit and tie, but no T-shirts/boxer and unkept bedrooms on client Zoom meeting! Finally, we have a zero tolerance policy for racism and bulling. There may be scenarios where participants need to interface with people from different races, lifestyles, and cultures. We expect everyone to be treated with dignity and respect.
