Compile 30s Video of AI Game Demo

Electric Sheep Studios, an AI gaming startup, is preparing for the 2025 CodeLaunch Canada Hackathon. Following the event, the founder will pitch the flagship AI game on June 25. A key requirement is a 30-second, audio-free demo video to accompany the live pitch. The selected student will collaborate with the founder to storyboard the video and compile it using existing game assets. The project must be completed between June 23 and June 24 to allow for pitch rehearsal.

Graphic & Product Design for AI x Gaming Studio

Electric Sheep Studios, an AI gaming startup, is preparing for the 2025 CodeLaunch Canada Hackathon (week of June 22) to secure funding. This project involves redrawing the existing company logo to simplify its design while maintaining its original look and feel, creating a new logo for our flagship social/party online game, and applying a cohesive colour palette to current black-and-white game mockups to guide developer implementation. Additionally, assistance may be required in updating the pitch deck template and styling to align with the new branding.

Pitch Day Exhibition Booth Marketing Strategy & Execution

Electric Sheep Studios is participating in an upcoming hackathon and requires a strategic plan to effectively engage with the audience and investors through a small booth. The goal is to design and execute a booth setup that is both visually appealing and informative, while operating within a limited budget. Additionally, the team will attend the Pitch Day (June 25) to assist with the booth setup and operations. A nice-to-have component of the project is the creation of a 30-second silent video demo of the product, showcasing its features and benefits during the on-stage pitch. Optionally, the team may also assist in preparing a slide deck to support the pitch presentation.
