Data Science Internships

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:Interns will work either collaboratively or independently (both can be accommodated) under the oversight of a senior data scientist. Interns will have the opportunity to hone their skills, learn new skills, and conduct varied tasks depending on their skill sets and interests. Project options include using data to work on AI and machine learning modeling tasks, building up data pipelines, and using python to test and adapt projects. As a Data Science Intern, you will be doing applied machine learning, data analysis, and engineering tasks in collaboration with other team members. Intern must work well both individually and as a team. Software Development/Engineering Internships

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:Interns will work either collaboratively or independently (both can be accommodated) under the oversight of a senior software developer. Interns will have the opportunity to hone their skills, learn new skills, and conduct varied tasks depending on their skill sets and interests. Software engineering/development interns will work on the existing web and mobile applications. Project options include updating UI components, updates to data visualization such as graphs, animations, database updates, QA, and more. Team members move through tickets typically on a weekly basis and interns are encouraged to attend and participate in the daily standup meetings. Having experience with React, Python, Redux, or enough familiarity with similar languages to pick them up would be helpful. For students more interested in UI/UX, having experience with Figma, working with mockups, etc. is helpful. Marketing/Social Media Internships

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:Interns will work either collaboratively or independently (both can be accommodated) under the oversight of a business development professional. Interns will have the opportunity to hone their skills, learn new skills, and conduct varied tasks depending on their skill sets and interests. Given the dearth of project options available, marketing and social media projects will be assigned depending on the skill sets and interests of the interns. These can include drafting social media posts for instagram/twitter/linkedin/facebook, writing blog posts, putting together a newsletter or content for it, adapting our social media or other marketing strategy based on research, testing and analyzing social media and marketing strategies, conducting marketing outreach, testing PR strategies, updating marketing materials, and more. Outreach Internships

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET:Interns will work either collaboratively or independently (both can be accommodated) under the oversight of an outreach and organizational management professional. Interns will have the opportunity to hone their skills, learn new skills, and conduct varied tasks depending on their skill sets and interests. Current project options include lead generation, market research, and communication template creation and/or assessment. The focus area is health care so projects revolve around health care stakeholders, including providers, payers, researchers, and fellow technologists.KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET:Market Research Data organization or analysisCommunication strategy, outreach, and assessmentIDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:* Following through on tasks Having good professional communication skills (or willingness to learn) Being detail-oriented and organized FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET:These will vary depending on the skill sets and interests of interns.
