Tajzadeh CEO for his unwavering commitment, collaboration and communication from the initial meeting to the weekly zoom interaction and the detailed discussion of 8C Trust Model, the communication plan using the STAR Model, to Value Prepositions with Stakeholders as well as the application of DMAIC Model in Negotiation with students. He was always accessible to answer any questions students had in relation to creating better stakeholder relationship. Understanding the value of CASH Feedback system was a great learning experience for all of us.

I really liked that they were interactive with the students and were open to student feedback.

During the interview, the project was pitched to the team and sounded fantastic to work on. However, after joining the team, we found that the management needed devastating improvements to succeed. Contact with Rahi was none existent. Weekly meetings were unorganized and unproductive. No project plan was in place to ensure progress was being made. Poor communication between management led to multiple miscommunications. Towards the end of the term, the project manager bailed out. Overall, improvement of management is required for a successful product to be created.

Meeting with you and working on the Ethical home healthcare human resources project was a pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed the time spent on this project and appreciate your support and the opportunity to apply our learnings.
