Are you a business owner looking to collaborate with passionate, driven students to tackle real-world challenges within your organization? Our Organizational Effectiveness course at Conestoga College empowers students with the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize organizational performance, enhance employee engagement, and drive strategic change initiatives. Our students will work with you to identify areas and recommendations for improved organizational effectiveness.

Deliverables

Upon completion of the project, students will deliver a final report and presentation highlighting their findings, recommendations, and actionable insights. We are open to discussing alternative formats for deliverables to best meet your organization's needs

Project Examples

Learners in groups of 3-5 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis.


Project activities that learners can complete may include, but are not limited to: 

  1. Enhancing Employee Engagement through Effective People Management Strategies
  2. Implementing Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives for Organizational Growth
  3. Analyzing Performance Metrics to Drive Strategic Decision-Making
  4. Developing Training Programs for Effective Change Management
