In this semester-long engagement, our learner-consultants will engage themselves in a project, connecting with your team as needed through virtual communication tools. This collaboration promises to bring fresh insights, innovative solutions, and a collaborative spirit to your organization.
Learners in this program/experience will work on:
- Project Initiation and Planning: To guarantee that the project is in line with organizational and strategic goals, thoroughly scope the project and plan it.
- Research and Analysis: Use academic rigor and real-world insights to inform strategic decision-making processes through thorough research and analysis.
- Solution Development: Use original problem-solving techniques to create cutting-edge solutions that are specifically suited to your organization's needs and potential.
- Actionable Recommendations: Work together with organizational stakeholders to plan implementation procedures that promote effective integration and long-lasting results.
- Knowledge Transfer and Documentation: Lead sessions of knowledge transfer and create thorough documentation to guarantee that project results are smoothly incorporated into organizational procedures.
