Springboard | UI/UX Design Project for CIRKEL

The Vision Intelligence app by CIRKEL is a digital experience that transforms vision board creation into a deeply guided and personalized process helping users turn vague goals into emotionally resonant, visually grounded, and structured future visions. The current version has been warmly received, but users experience friction around navigation, visual editing, mobile usability, and personalization options . We need expert UX/UI support to make the app more intuitive, elegant, responsive , and ready for scale. We would also like the visual representation of the app to be congruent with the overall branding for the Vision Intelligence brand.

Springboard | UI/UX Design Project

The main goal is development of a dashboard specifically designed for organizers of peer groups who offer courses, programs, or content, such as coaches or university professors. The dashboard will allow these organizers to add content for their peer group sessions, following the CIRKEL method. Additionally, organizers will be able to monitor the challenges and questions that arise within the groups. They will also have access to aggregated data, which they can utilize to refine and adapt their programs or content offerings. We have already created the initial UX/UI design for the peer groups, which is an integral part of our product.

Arctic Leadership Journey Leadership Program

The goal of this project is to create a structure for a hybrid live (in places like the Arctic) and online leadership program focused on better decision making for leaders in times of stress. This program should provide leaders with the tools and resources they need to make sound decisions in times of stress.

Identifying the Ideal Target Market for Cirkel

The goal of this project is to identify the ideal target market for Cirkel, a B2B SaaS creating a webtool which enables employees within organizations to create, join, manage their own peer support/accountability groups. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Investigating the competitive landscape to identify key messaging for promotion. - Developing a pricing strategy based on industry research and customer surveys. - Identifying business expansion opportunities through location analysis and customer surveys. - Identifying key messaging via customer focus groups that investigate the competitive landscape for a new product or service.
