Ideation in the design process (Phase 1)
We are looking for assistance in a research project, where we want to study how designers transition iteratively from a problem space (user research) to a solution space (creating a product or a service) when working on a project that involves research (user research, comparative research, literature search, etc.). With this project, we wish to create resources to help professional and student designers during this process.We believe this project will include:A literature review of this topicAn inventory and a comparative analysis of existing tools and resourcesThe creation of tools and resources.Potentially a publication or a presentation for that phase of the researchAfter this phase of the project is completed, the tools created will be used in an educational setting to study how they are used by designers and how they affect their design process.
