Vintrail Pro aims to transform its private marketplace into a hybrid B2B2C platform that enhances the booking experience for both professional affiliates and hotel guests. The current system lacks a seamless, human-centered design that caters to the needs of both business partners and end consumers. The goal of this project is to redesign the user interface and user experience to create an intuitive platform that simplifies the booking of curated wine and food tourism experiences. By focusing on user-centric design principles, the project seeks to improve navigation, streamline booking processes, and enhance overall user satisfaction. The redesign should also consider the integration of features that facilitate communication between affiliates and guests, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience for all users. - Analyze the current marketplace to identify pain points and areas for improvement. - Develop user personas and journey maps for both professional affiliates and hotel guests. - Design wireframes and prototypes that reflect a human-centered approach. - Design high fidelity homepage and experience page - Ensure the platform supports seamless transactions and communication between all parties involved.
Vintrail Pro x Springboard | UI/UX Design Project
One of our features at Vintrail pro is a Web app, that our clients (wineries) can customsied for digitalising their tasting rooms. -About the app: the Smart Tasting app provides wineries with an opportunity to combine the discovery of wines with a fun educational dimension for visitors. The app is a customisable platform that allows wineries to create tailored tasting menus and provide detailed information about their wines. Visitors can track their tasting progress, rate wines, and even purchase bottles to take home. Visitors can complete a wine profiler, pick flavours and aromas, add notes, save, rate the wine, and even earn points to enter competitions. The app offers wineries the ability to engage with customers in a unique and versatile way, enhancing the tasting experience while growing data knowledge. To enhance the user experience (UX) of the Smart Tasting app, making it more engaging and enjoyable for visitors. The project aims to improve user navigation , incorporate gamification elements, and visually guide users through the wine tasting experience, fostering learning and appreciation

The strategy should be tailored to the company's b2b target.
