Carey Kirkella is an award-winning photographer, the Founder of The L.E.N.S. Method™, and the CEO of Carey Kirkella Creative. As a heart-centered creative entrepreneur and mental health advocate, Carey is an expert in harnessing the power of photography as a way to elevate socially conscious brands, and as a tool to help others regulate their nervous systems through creativity.

A graduate of Pratt Institute in NYC, her fine art photography has been exhibited internationally, and published in top industry publications worldwide. She has collaborated with household name brands, creating emotionally compelling story-telling advertising campaigns that connect authentically with their audiences.

Carey’s passion for mental and emotional well-being grew out of overcoming serious mental health illnesses, and she openly shares her journey as a regular guest through multiple media platforms, helping to inspire others and break down stigmas. Her mission through her proprietary framework, The L.E.N.S. Method™ (LENS = Light • Empathy • Now • Storytelling), is to empower both adults and teens to use the process of creative photography as a way to connect more deeply with their inner-selves, and to elevate human consciousness.
