Existing Android App in Need of API Level Update

We have an existing app called "Maxogram" that has become "unavailable" to be installed on certain, particularly newer Android devices and older Android devices running the latest version of Android. In particular, it affects devices that require apps to use up to a certain minimum API level, which ours is not. We're need to update our Maxogram app to support the latest Android API levels. The current version of our app is not fully compatible with some newer Android devices due to not meeting the updated API requirements. As a result, we need assistance updating the app's codebase and ensuring its functionality and compatibility with recent Android versions. This update is crucial to maintain our app's usability and provide a seamless user experience for all Android users.
