That's why Triangle Bikeworks exists – to use cycling as our tool to break invisible barriers, helping young people proudly conquer that impossible hill, and who find their voice leading route briefings.
The bike is our vehicle, but confidence is our product. With each mile pedaled, these young people rewrite the stories they've been told about their potential, discovering strengths that no classroom could reveal. Market Entry Consulting
This experience focuses on equipping learners with the skills to evaluate market opportunities and develop strategic plans for new ventures. Participants will learn to apply analytical frameworks and strategic thinking to real-world business challenges, particularly in the context of helping a youth serving organization, Triangle Bikeworks, enter the Durham County market. Learners will gain hands-on experience in creating value propositions for the youth programs, identifying market and organizational obstacles, and crafting actionable recommendations, all while honing their communication and problem-solving skills.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Transforming Mind, Body, and Spirit. One Revolution At A Time Triangle BikeWorks provides an opportunity for youth to enrich their mind, body, and spirit through the transformational community, cultural, and cycling experiences. The goal of this project: is to create a long-range plan and strategy to build awareness of the Triangle BikeWork 49 brand across the US. Ideally, deliverables for this project would include: Baseline measures of key metrics for each digital channel and recommended growth targets Review of strategy for each digital channel Recommendations for alternative marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Events, etc. Analysis of paid advertising options Outline of critical tactics for each channel, taking resource and budget constraints into consideration SWOT Analysis & Recommendations Recommended all-channel tactical calendar for the next 3-6 months
Content Creation - Marketing
Transforming Mind, Body, and Spirit. One Revolution At A Time Triangle BikeWorks provides an opportunity for youth to enrich their mind, body, and spirit through the transformational community, cultural, and cycling experiences. The primary focus for the student will be: Content development, including social posts, blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and website copy. Other focus areas may include Strategic Social Media Marketing - Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and/or another current communication channel (s); develop and implement strategies for improving our online presence and increasing engagement; create a content calendar; creating useable social media and blog posts. Branding - Conduct a full competitive landscape assessment; define our organization's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors. Marketing Communications - Recommend changes to advertising and PR materials; create an integrated marketing campaign; create a rebranding campaign. SEO Strategy & Recommendations - Develop and implement an SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility; increase our inbound traffic and optimize the customer journey; increase inbound leads.
