It was a rewarding experience, but there was a persistent struggle gnawing at us. Despite the success, we saw countless things we wanted to change within the company, but the harsh reality was that it wasn't ours to change.

Burnout and exhaustion began to set in. The passion we had for sales was being overshadowed by the limitations and bureaucracy of working for someone else. That's when the idea struck: why not build something of our own? So, with each other by our sides, we made the bold decision to quit our jobs and start a company.
