Developer of Psychological & Suicide Safety Strategy: As a master trainer, speaker, and advocate, I focus on training helpers, first responders and leaders who can shift from toxic to nurturing culture in all the places we work, learn and play. I have significant experience in this space with police, fire, ambulance, hospitals, universities, colleges, schools, incubators, caregiving fields and corporate clients.
Workshop Facilitator: I design and deliver impactful workshops aimed at enhancing verbal and written communications (leanTALK, leanWRITE), fostering socially intelligent leadership, and cultivating nourishing workplaces that actively oppose toxic systemic racism.
Seminar Leader: I conduct a series of seminars focused on relationship building, lean communication techniques, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, habit development, life management, and optimizing personal and professional environments. These seminars also adapt into 18 Lunch & Learns for enhanced accessibility and engagement.
Advocacy & Support: I serve as a suicideTALK Advocacy Presenter, delivering real, raw, and respectful talks in schools, workplaces, and churches, and facilitating Life Support Groups for suicide survivors and those bereaved by suicide loss through suicideANONYMOUS.
