Strategic Recruitment Campaign for Canada-Wide Expansion
Collab Culture aims to expand its network by recruiting new Chapters across Canada. The objective is to attract entrepreneurial leaders who resonate with the company's values and are eager to establish and grow local networking chapters. These chapters will focus on fostering small business collaboration, enhancing community engagement, and driving local economic growth. The project involves developing a strategic marketing campaign that effectively communicates the benefits and opportunities of becoming a Chapter President. The ultimate goal is to create a sustainable recruitment strategy that can be replicated in different regions.
Scalable HR Strategy for National Expansion
Collab Culture is planning to expand its chapters across Canada, necessitating a robust HR strategy to support this growth. The primary challenge is to develop standardized processes for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining chapter leaders and volunteers, ensuring that the collaborative culture remains intact. This project will require the team to analyze current HR practices, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions that can be implemented nationally. The goal is to create a framework that supports efficient chapter operations while fostering a sense of community and collaboration. By focusing on these objectives, the project aims to facilitate seamless expansion and maintain the organization's core values.
