What is the main goal for this project?

I've been running Bright Ideas Events - an Event Production company - for about 30 years and I'm looking to build out an arm of the company to focus on Event Consulting. I would like to develop a marketing strategy to target this new client base, which will predominately be focused in the corporate space.

Desired Outcomes:

1. Research and identification of target market
2. A clear understanding of the different buyer personas and the best platforms to market to these demographics

3. Final deliverable would be an overall Marketing & Sales strategy to reach target market


A marketing and sales plan for the client with recommendations for action.
