Oncology Simplified is dedicated to help cancer patient jumpstart their cancer journey. The goal of this project is to create a series of training decks that cover the latest advancements and evolving information in cancer. These training decks will serve as educational tools for medical professionals to stay informed about new advancements, and emerging research in oncology. The project will involve researching current literature, synthesizing complex information into digestible content, and designing visually appealing slides that facilitate learning. The training decks should be structured to enhance understanding and retention of critical information, ensuring that healthcare providers are well-equipped to deliver the best possible care to cancer patients.

The primary deliverables for this project include:

- A series of 3-5 comprehensive training decks, each focusing on a specific aspect of evolving cancer treatment information.

- Each deck should contain 30-40 slides, including detailed explanations, visual aids, and references to current research.

- A summary document outlining the key points covered in each training deck.

- A feedback form for users to provide input on the training decks' effectiveness and clarity.

The intern will be provided with opportunities to expand their network, learn about the healthcare industry and get coached and mentored by the leadership team.
