SAFE4BOTH is an innovative digital health platform that provides personalized, culturally tailored care for Medicaid mothers and their infants, from prenatal to one year postpartum. This project focuses on developing a marketing strategy to position SAFE4BOTH as a leader in Medicaid maternal care by leveraging AI-driven solutions and evidence-based care practices.


The project includes:

• Development of branding, messaging, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Creation of marketing materials and a go-to-market plan tailored to Medicaid program

Deliverables

Key Objectives:


1. Analyze the Medicaid ecosystem, including key stakeholders (e.g., MCOs, payers, providers) and CMS innovation models like MOM, IBH, and TMAH.

2. Develop branding and marketing materials to highlight SAFE4BOTH’s unique value proposition.

3. Build a pipeline of Medicaid leads and prepare a strategy to engage them effectively.

4. Propose methods for measuring engagement and success metrics.
