Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive research on the rental market in each European country, focusing on the following key areas:
• Population statistics and trends
• Tenant default rate and related factors
• Total rental households and their percentage relative to the overall housing market
• Ownership distribution among REITs, Property Management companies, and sizeable landlords (250+ units)
• Average rent prices in Euro
• Security deposit and rent deposit rules and regulations
• Evaluate the viability of non-insurance waiver products in each country's rental market
• Identify and understand the rules and procedures for making claims against tenants in case of default
• Analyze average premium rates and total premium collected by landlords/property owners
• Investigate the potential time required to evict tenants after non-payment
• Collect data from reliable sources such as government reports, industry publications, market research studies, and surveys.
• Analyze and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in the rental market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, risk assessment, and marketing, to ensure research findings are integrated into company strategies effectively.
• Prepare accurate and concise reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
• Present research findings to internal stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
