- Analyzing the current organizational structure and processes of SEB Online Education.
- Developing and implementing marketing and outreach strategies to increase the visibility of the online course.
- Creating a social media campaign strategy to promote the company and its online course.
By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:
- A report analyzing the current organizational structure and processes of SEB Online Education, along with recommendations for improvement.
- Marketing and outreach strategies to increase the visibility of the online course, including a detailed plan for implementation.
- A social media campaign strategy for SEB Online Education, including content calendar and engagement tactics, if time allows.
Final deliverables:
- All source materials used for analysis and strategy development.
- Written reports for organizational analysis, marketing and outreach strategies, and social media campaign strategy.
We will have bi-weekly meetings schedules on weekends and will also be available for phone calls during the week in the evenings or email/whatsapp communication at any time.

We are a small business with an online platform that helps contractors, architects, developers, owners, and futures structure engineers have a better understanding of how structures work and what goes into the design and modification of these structures. We want people to be confident in their abilities to come up with solutions to problems associated with structures based on their knowledge of structural engineering basics. We offer free content on our website, but our product is an online course that teaches the basics of structural engineering. We have had over 200 people in over 25 countries around the world sign up for our course.
