- What is the main goal for this project?

Toronto Solid Wood is a design and manufacturing company located in the Greater Toronto Area that operates as a small factory doing custom builds of furniture and millwork.
The main goal we would like you to do is provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Successful outcomes include a market research, informed by primary data collection. This data should inform a script that outlines key messaging for our customers. Leads should be provided as they are discovered on a daily/weekly basis.
- Market research on target market and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
- Prospect high quality leads for the Business Development team to work on.
- Write engaging, effective email, LinkedIn messages.
- Conduct cold-calling, social media, and other activities as needed; whatever it takes to connect with leads.
- Maintain well-organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports to submit daily/weekly as leads come up.
