marketing strategies life sciences target market value propositions marketing tablets salesWe want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market: Regulated Industries - Life Science Companies but are very open to others. We benefit all Sales People in all industries but excel in markets where if you do not show the right version of the content, fines exist. Our platform is mobile first - meaning it is designed for us on Cellphones/Tablets/Laptops - we also have a web version. 11 year track records, large name brand clients. We just had a major relaunch in Dec of the platform, and website in Jan.
We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging.
The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:
- How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company?
- Knowing our expertise is working with heavily regulated industries, like Life Sciences - where showing the wrong literature is a finable offense what messaging should we have?
- What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? We currently Blog, and post on FB, Insta, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- What messaging is appropriate for our market, given our goals?
- How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?
- Since Covid started, sales reps now can meeting in person, remotely in public or private spaces and internet connectivity is not assumed. Our platform works on or offline, most people do not realize the value of this until it is too late.
We are very flexible with the Mentorship and Supervision. We can have weekly meetings, open from 7:00 AM PST - 10:00 PM PST. Can zoom, provide access to both our time and platform for all of those on the team.
