The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting daily HR activities, assisting in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents, and managing HR-related projects. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain industry knowledge, exposure to a corporate environment, and experience in project management.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Manage projects and help coordinate staff.
- Assign and monitor work progress.
- Outreach to prospective recruits.
- Support the recruitment process including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Database updates.
- Upon the completion of your internship, you will need to provide a range of documents that reflect your learning experiences and completed projects, including those related to recruitment and onboarding strategies.
The intern will be provided with all the documents and the guides needed for them to complete their projects and they would also work with a team full of experienced people which will be helping them throughout their project.
