performance managementWe would like students with new and fresh perspectives to assist with one or more improvements with our company's compensation structure related work. Projects may include Job Valuation, and Compensation Structure related to Performance Management and Career Development.
Achieve one or more of the following:
- Performance Management - develop performance management systems which align with compensation
- Career Development - develop career development systems which align with compensation
- Compensation - complete a compensation assessment comparing to similar industries and develop salary grids, annual and CPI guidelines, and bonus structures
- Job Valuations - analyze our roles and provide a pay analysis
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project by email, Riipen or virtual meetings. A dedicated employer representative will be assigned.
About the company
Our organization partners to provide onsite third-party Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC), and Environmental Services (EVS), audits of practices and processes with objective, qualitative and quantitative feedback that are used to recognize results and develop quality improvement action plans. Our in-person infection control and environmental services education and training sessions, provided to IPAC Leads, frontline employees, clinicians, and leadership teams, develops fundamental and consistent knowledge and experience. We also partner to introduce IPAC and EVS manuals, and IPAC and EVS program development and implementation.
