VisLab, a design services provider, has recently launched a new subscription platform aimed at enhancing accessibility and engagement with our offerings. The goal of this project is to conduct comprehensive market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential users within the ASU community and beyond. This research will inform the development of a targeted marketing plan to effectively promote the subscription service. The project will involve analyzing current market trends, identifying key demographics, and evaluating competitor strategies. By applying classroom knowledge of marketing principles, students will gain practical experience in crafting a marketing strategy that aligns with VisLab's objectives. The project will culminate in actionable insights and recommendations to boost the platform's visibility and user adoption.
